Location: Bangalore Business & Team: The CBA India Finance team is responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the entity, working in tandem with various Technology Business Units in India. Our team ensures that all financial operations are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization, providing critical support to the business units in managing their budgets, forecasting, and financial planning. The CBA India Finance team also encompasses support functions such as Treasury, Corporate Secretarial, Legal, and Corporate Social Responsibility teams. These functions play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to overall corporate governance and social responsibility goals. Impact & contribution: • Assist Sr. Manager – Governance with activities relating to Annual General Meeting, Board meetings, and committee meetings. • Assist in statutory filings related to Company Secretarial, Finance, and other regulatory matters. • Assist in preparation of Agenda, Minutes, Board papers, and committee papers. • Assist with coordination and planning of events related to Annual Board & committee meetings. • Promoting awareness and engagement in CSR activities. Essential Skills: • Demonstrate experience as Assistant Company Secretary or similar roles. • Strong understanding of Companies Act 2013 regulations. • Excellent Drafting skills and organizing skills.
