Job overview and responsibilities This role requires an individual with a passion for customers, excellent analytical abilities, and strong business acumen. As a Senior Analyst on the Customer Insights & Analytics team, you will be using data to influence internal and external stakeholders to make key strategic business decisions. You will be part of customer insights and analytics strategy that supports a continuous cycle of listening, interpreting, driving action and monitoring customer feedback. We are seeking creative, driven and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy tackling tough problems with data and insights. We are looking for someone with strong technical and analytical background and be able to deliver results with limited supervision. The person must have experience to be able to extract insights from large volumes of data and be able to clearly communicate relevant triggers and recommendations. • Extract and analyze data from relational databases and reporting systems • Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to business impact • Responsible for the development and maintenance of reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions • Identify issues, create hypotheses, and translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers • Build predictive models and analyze results for dissemination of insights to leadership of the numerous operations groups at United • Prepare presentations that summarize data and help facilitate decision-making for business partners and senior leadership team. This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
