Role & Responsibilities: Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing and leading financial decision support with business partners and research and recommending options and solutions for improved business results to senior management. The candidate will also execute all monthly reporting and will look for ways to automate and simplify processes. This role will specifically focus on supporting Medline Canada FP&A. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly. Communicate key drivers regarding the full financial profit and loss statement (sales, AGM, drivers, adjustments, etc.). • Partner with the Onshore team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met. • Support new business initiatives, system integrations, and other major change management impacting the FA team. • Support the onshore team in preparing quarterly forecasts, annual Financial Plans, and Long-Range Plans. Understand & document the business drivers that impact actual and forecast financials. • Partner with the onshore team to conduct and lead quarterly/monthly financial business reviews with Sales leadership and senior management. • Provide specialized expertise & support projects within the FP&A team to drive process improvement and consistency across regions.
