As a Senior Analyst in Finance & Systems Accounting within the Global Business Operations (GBO) team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, financial, and business services to support the day-to-day operations of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Delta Refresh daily - Handle queries through the ticketing tool within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) - Analyze and provide solutions for queries on Journals, ICO Agreements, etc. - Approve Application Access requests - Assist the team with Authorization metrics queries - Administer RTR activities, including maintaining Authorization Matrix in SAP - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for UAT for new releases - Supervise Mass Reversal during month-end and perform manual tasks if required - Monitor Automated Jobs related to Month-end processes like Capex Settlement, Depreciation, etc. - Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliation - Perform GL Clearing at month-end Top 3-5 Accountabilities: - Handle Queries and resolve tickets within TAT - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve specific financial issues - Perform GL reconciliations and analyze Balance Sheet - Prepare for internal and external audits - Actively participate in Month End Close activities Personal Abilities Requirement: - Proficient in collaborators management - Expertise in process improvement - Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment - Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills - Hard-working, flexible, and adaptable personality Qualifications Required: - Experience in Finance and Accounting roles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills By joining our team in Gurugram, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment that values diversity and inclusion.
