About the job

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst in Financial Management within the JBS Lease Administration business unit, you will be expected to work with a high degree of independence on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in lease administration, ensuring the accuracy and currency of the lease administration database. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary lease documentation - Manage document workflow to ensure timely completion of team responsibilities - Generate monthly reporting packages, including critical date and portfolio summary reporting accurately and promptly - Conduct audits of works completed by JLL's Lease Administration teams - Perform Operational Expense Reconciliation on behalf of clients and update the Lease Administration system accordingly - Collaborate with colleagues in other Lease Administration teams to ensure all workload is completed accurately and on time - Assist in the transition of new accounts into JLL's responsibility, which may involve audits and process testing - Review landlord invoices to ensure compliance with lease requirements - Handle Accounts Receivable reporting - Focus on cost avoidance for clients in all duties - Track and report on Insurance and Security deposit matters as necessary - Maintain processes and procedures to adhere to internal and external compliance policies - Prepare monthly client invoices when required - Manage ad hoc projects, ensuring clear communication on progress and timely completion of tasks - Provide training to new staff members as needed Qualifications Required: - University graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent work experience in lease administration - Minimum of three-five (3-5) years of industry experience, ideally in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting is beneficial - Ability to maintain and manage accurate data - Prioritization skills within tight operational and financial deadlines - Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a small core team - Positive attitude towards meeting clients' needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Experience in using a property management/lease administration system
