Job Description Duties & responsibilities An opportunity has been identified to expand on JLL’s capability to provide our clients best in class advice on the everchanging market dynamics through data analytics, and up to date real time information. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Leasing TEAM and provide support in daily operations across multiple business lines. You will be required to: • Effectively manage data and systems; • Maintain and take responsibility for the leasing market database and the ongoing upkeep of its accuracy; • Liaise with various stakeholders across the JLL business nationally (leasing, tenant representation, valuations, property and asset; management, and research) to ensure accurate real time record keeping. • Assist the established leasing business in daily operations.; • Cross-check and verify system data on a regular basis; • Identify gaps in data and help source information to ensure the accuracy of the leasing market database; • Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our leasing materials client facing systems. Key skills Ability to maintain and manage accurate data. • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail • Planning & organisation and process management • Strong time management skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and to tight deadlines; work beyond regular hours if needed • Process driven; Ability to set up process from the beginning. • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint • Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to undertake autonomous tasks efficiently when needed. • Be a strong self-starter and have initiative to take on tasks proactively. • Ability to understand various reporting frameworks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Problem Solving/decision making. • Ability to provide feedback to junior team members. • Promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider business Employee experience & qualifications Graduation (B.A., BBA, B.Com) with 2-4 years equivalent work experience from real estate/leasing background • Tertiary education (Commerce, Finance or Real Estate background preferred) • Work experience in a corporate environment desirable • Familiarity with real estate terminology and knowledge of the Commercial Property market is desirable.
