Position Responsibilities The role will involve the following critical activities: • Prepare Monthly general ledger schedules including other receivables, other liabilities, other assets • Assist in Monthly intercompany process & Reconciliation • Prepare Monthly fixed assets, Prepaids Roll support and monthly of use asset schedule • Access client specified banks for statements downloads at month-end, download and save • Bank Reconciliations support and processing and GL reconciliation • Book and prepare quarterly accruals for US, UK, Lux Management company • Book ad hoc bank transactions, journals & quarterly accruals for US, UK, Lux • JV – invoicing support and processing • Assist in Financial Statements support and processing & Assist with US and UK audit requests • Payroll Journal Entries support and processing • Roll forward Budget support and processing • Assist in Due from JV Aging support and processing • Prepare ASC 842 or any other adhoc schedule support and processing • Management Fees & Incentive Fee support and processing • Monthly Legal Report Assembling support and processing • UK Service Fees JE Preparation support and processing • Due from JV Schedule Preparation support and processing • Board Fee Rebates support and processing.
