Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth research in Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE/VC) sectors to identify investment trends and opportunities. • Perform company and industry analysis through financial modeling, valuation, and benchmarking. • Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for stakeholders. • Track and analyze data on investment portfolios and create projections to assist in strategic decision-making. • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging sectors to offer insightful recommendations. • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders for high-impact deliverables. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Investment and Equity Research, with a focus on PE/VC. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools. • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical software/tools. • A strategic thinker capable of working both independently and collaboratively. • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. CFA certification is a plus. • A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
