Responsibilities : Learn cross-functional business processes that support Master Data and Corporate Quality / Regulatory. Perform data profiling activities to document impacts to Master data from new processes and vice-versa and identify opportunities for improvement. Support I / S Master Data Quality Business Analysts with design development and solution management. Work with team members to analyze, recommend, plan, design, develop and / or implement solutions to meet strategic usability, performance, reliability, control and security requirements. Work with BAs to understand requirements, solution proposals, business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) to define test plans. Create Business system designs (BSD) and Test plans that meet the business requirements and adhere to departmental documentation standards. Make software configuration changes to support business processes. Work with developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs. Conduct functional testing of implemented applications and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production. Additionally, work with Quality Assurance team to conduct functional testing of implemented applications and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production. Create and deliver user documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented efforts. Serve as primary contact for handling support issues during Medline India business hours. This includes but is not limited to end-user calls and scheduled batch job issues. Provide around the clock support as needed. To provide regular verbal communication and clear written documentation on all assignments. To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes. Always maintain a professional demeanor. Consistently interact professionally and work productively with all levels of Medline employees. Follow Medline's Code of Ethics and other corporate policies. Skills / Experience : Bachelors degree Minimum 6 years experience working in one or more SAP modules as configuration analyst. Experience working in application design, testing and interfacing with developers / business users. Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) software. Knowledge of SQL a plus. Experience working in MDM / Data Quality efforts a plus. Success Criteria : Advanced Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills. Adept at Data relationships and analysis. Get it done attitude. Superior Communication and Business-Technical Interaction skills. Ability to ramp-up quickly in any functional area.
