Senior Analyst-Web-Digital Enablement-KGS CH Proven experience in Digital Marketing (preferred B2B experience), Website and Content Management, Web analytics, and SEO. 4–5 years in marketing, with a strong understanding of web technologies, user experience (UX), content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools to ensure our digital presence is engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals. Website Operations & Maintenance • Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate website and microsites. • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for website updates and enhancements. Content Management • Upload, format, and publish content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager). • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure timely publishing. Analytics & Reporting • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. • Generate regular reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics. • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. SEO & UX Optimization • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings. • Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. Project Management • Lead or support web-related projects including redesigns, migrations, and new feature rollouts. • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively. Any professional certifications required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
