Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Area Sales Manager, based in Dewas with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves mentoring and coaching team members to maximize their potential and improve overall team performance. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management • Strong leadership abilities, team management, and coaching skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment • Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools is advantageous • Knowledge or experience related to the specific industry of JGPS MARKETING is a bonus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus
