Job Description: Senior Associate / Associate Manager – Sales Strategy & Operations Department: Sales Excellence & Operations Role Level: Senior Associate / Associate Manager Location: Bangalore Reporting To: (Manager / Director – Sales Operations) Role Overview The Sales Strategy & Operations role is responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between Sales and Operations, driving process excellence, executing cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining high standards of sales governance. This position supports key operational workflows, performance tracking, audits, and SOP creation to improve sales productivity, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across global teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Operations & Governance • Conduct audit of payment calls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to sales processes. • Monitor and maintain website pricing accuracy, coordinating with product and marketing teams for updates. • Oversee and enforce formal attire guidelines for customer-facing teams. • Manage OJT (On-the-Job Training) tracking for new hires and ongoing cohorts. • Refresh and maintain Dial-In Numbers (DIDs) across all geographies. • Perform spam monitoring to ensure call delivery, brand credibility, and outreach hygiene. 2. Sales Performance & Reporting • Track and report daily dialer connectivity performance for sales teams. • Maintain and analyze sprint performance reports, including rep productivity, adherence, and conversions. • Support creation of dashboards, trackers, and performance insights for Sales Leaders. 3. Lead Management & Allocation • Manage lead allocation strategy, ensuring fair and data-driven quota assignment across: • OJT reps • New hires • Tenured agents • Ensure equitable distribution based on capacity, geography, performance, and business priorities. 4. Cross-Functional Projects • Partner with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive cross-functional initiatives. • Support project execution from planning to deployment, ensuring timelines, communication, and adoption. 5. Process Excellence & Standardization • Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and drive operational improvements. • Build, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales processes. • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience. • Assist in developing playbooks, best practices, and training materials for sales teams. 6. Operations <>Sales Sync • Act as a bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring smooth communication and process alignment. • Proactively identify operational blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve issues. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or related field. • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Process Excellence roles. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and audit capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration.
