About the job

Responsibilities: • Provide strategic consulting to government stakeholders on policy frameworks, project monitoring solutions, and green technologies • Advise on policy formulation, standards, and best practices for transport related frameworks for budgeting • Structure and manage PPP models for large scale infrastructure projects ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation • Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget • Implement robust governance mechanisms, performance monitoring, and reporting frameworks

Requirements

• Ability to design and implement policy frameworks for government and public sector organizations
• Strong understanding of PPP, Gross budgetary support and convergence mode of implementation
• Expertise in managing large-scale project management programs including risk, budget, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of national shipping related policies, funding guidelines / standards, and PPP regulations

Qualifications

• Graduation: BE / BTech, or equivalent (Full Time) OR Post-Graduation: MBA or equivalent (Full Time)
• Associate – 3 years
• Sr Associate- 6 yr+

Preferred Technologies
