About the job

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage valuation and financial modelling assignments across industries. • Coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. • Manage client interactions, handle queries, and maintain strong client relationships. • Guide and review the work of junior analysts; ensure technical accuracy and professional standards. • Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and financial analysis to support valuation engagements. • Prepare detailed valuation reports, pitch decks, transaction notes, and presentations. • Support M&A engagements including due diligence, deal analysis, and transaction support. Qualifications • CA or CFA, MBA (preferred candidates who have cleared all levels). • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and business valuation skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
