The Opportunity When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Commercial Operations team you will support contract creation, program documentation, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate alliance deal execution. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand while delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities • Support the creation of contracts and program documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite alliance deal execution • Analyze complex problems and provide practical solutions • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills • Maintain exceptional standards in deliverables and client interactions • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients • Navigate intricate situations to achieve project goals • Contribute to the development of technical knowledge What You Must Have • Bachelor's Degree • 3 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support • Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting • Experience with Salesforce and Icertis • Demonstrating meticulous documentation skills • Excelling in communication with cross-functional teams • Anticipating and solving contracting workflow issues • Understanding commercial context in operations • Utilizing GenAI tools for enhanced productivity.
