Roles & Responsibilities • Agency Performance Management: Oversee and own the performance of external media agency partners. Serve as the day-to-day liaison to ensure agency-led campaigns align with firm objectives, holding partners accountable to agreed-upon KPIs, media efficiency targets, and delivery timelines. • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage in-house paid campaigns across key B2B channels, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and programmatic platforms. • Audience Targeting: Develop and implement sophisticated B2B targeting strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lists, retargeting, and custom audience segments to effectively reach global decision-makers. • Optimization & Bidding: Monitor daily campaign pacing and budget utilization. Continuously optimize bids, audience parameters, and placements to improve key performance indicators such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates. • Data Analytics & Reporting: Extract performance data from native ad platforms and analytics tools to assist in building weekly and monthly reporting dashboards. Identify data trends to provide actionable recommendations for future media buys. • Creative Testing (A/B): Collaborate with the design and editorial teams to traffic ad creatives. Setup and monitor rigorous A/B tests for ad copy, imagery, and landing pages to determine winning variations. • Ad Operations: Ensure all campaigns are tracked flawlessly using proper UTM parameters, conversion tracking tags, and pixel implementations.
