Our goal is to make hydration more meaningful and personalized — starting with our flagship smart bottles and expanding into a broader wellness ecosystem. Role Summary As a Senior Associate – Finance & Operations, you will be the custodian of Sipwise’s financial health and operational documentation. You will move our finance function from reactive to proactive—ensuring 100% statutory compliance, accurate marketplace reconciliations, and streamlined operational workflows. This is a core role that bridges the gap between sales data (Unicommerce) and financial integrity (Tally/Zoho). Key Responsibilities • Core Accounting: Maintain the general ledger in Tally Prime / Zoho Books with 100% accuracy. • Statutory Compliance: Manage end-to-end GST (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS filings; ensure all historical ledger discrepancies are rectified. • Marketplace Reconciliation: Reconcile payouts from Amazon, Shopify, and Payment Gateways against Unicommerce order data to identify revenue leakage. • Weekly Reporting (MIS): Prepare the "Friday Cash Flash" (Cash-on-hand, Weekly Burn, and Runway) and SKU-level unit economics reports. • Operational Documentation: Generate and track Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and Delivery Challans etc to support sales and supply chain teams. • Inventory Control: Reconcile physical stock with system records and manage documentation for RTOs and Credit Notes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in core accounting and GST compliance
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a CA Firm
• CA Inter / CA Final (Ex-aspirants) are highly preferred
