Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence

Job Responsibilities: • Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including carve-outs • Perform detailed financial statement analysis, trial balance mapping, and reconciliations • Prepare databooks and analyze key financial and operational KPIs • Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital, and trend analysis • Analyze and validate management and audited financial information • Draft sections of due diligence reports, including business overview, historical analysis, and QoE adjustments • Frame management questions to identify financial, operational, and deal-related risks • Identify engagement risks and escalate issues in a timely and structured manner • Ensure high-quality deliverables in line with engagement timelines and internal quality standards • Support Managers in methodology development, proposals, and internal initiatives Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong technical knowledge of financial statements analysis and transaction accounting • Hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services engagements • Proficiency in databook preparation, trial balance mapping, and reconciliations • Solid understanding of QoE, working capital, and KPI analysis • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large and complex datasets • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach • Ability to understand business models, industry dynamics, and deal drivers • Strong written and verbal business communication skills • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications: • CA or MBA Finance with 1 to 3 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence.
