Senior Associate for Marketplace

Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in e Commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities : • Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Purple, Nykaa, Meesho etc. • Doing market research, understanding competition market trends. • Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings • Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders. • Optimizing shipments / POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with good data analytical skills. • Handling Inventory management in case of deficits. • To work with brand / creative team for inputs related to marketing activities Qualifications : • 3-5 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech / BCom / MBA / other bachelor's / master’s degree from a reputed colleges. • Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders. • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
