As a skilled Frontend Developer with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern, high-performance ReactJS frontend components based on functional requirements and UI/UX designs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Integrating frontend modules with Spring Boot RESTful APIs, ensuring consistent data handling and UI state management. - Building reusable code libraries and maintaining component consistency across the platform. - Optimizing applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Collaborating closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery. - Implementing secure coding practices to prevent XSS, CSRF, and other client-side vulnerabilities. - Participating in code reviews, peer programming, and sprint planning activities. - Providing production support and assisting in troubleshooting UI-related issues. Mandatory skill sets for this role include: - 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development using ReactJS (v16+). - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). - Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API. - Familiarity with RESTful API integration, JSON handling, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth). - Knowledge of unit testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent. - Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and responsive UI development. - Experience with build tools and version control (Webpack, Git, npm/yarn). - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI). - Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows. Expected outcomes of this role include: - Developing a fully responsive, accessible, and maintainable ReactJS frontend aligned with user needs and healthcare workflows. - Ensuring seamless integration with backend services, delivering a smooth and secure user experience. - Providing high-quality, well-tested, and documented UI components ready for production use. - Timely resolution of frontend bugs and enhancement requests. Additionally, the required education qualification for this position is BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent. Bachelor of Technology degree/Field of Study is preferred.
