Job Purpose: Product Management and Analytics including Regulatory Compliance Key Accountabilities • Product Management Support • Support Performance Analytics & Client Journey • Regulatory Adherence & Controls • Risk & Control Contribution Job Duties & Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior team members on developing, implementing, and monitoring product strategies and controls for the Gold Loan portfolio • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to provide insights for product enhancement and business growth • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement within the Gold Loan client lifecycle to enhance efficiency, customer experience and governance • Assist in ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines (LTV, KYC/AML, auctions, interest rates, disclosures) and internal compliance standards for Gold Loan products • Work collaboratively with Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure data integrity, facilitate system enhancements, and support risk mitigation efforts • Help monitor the implementation of regulatory circulars and assist in managing statutory/regulatory inspections and audit findings • Prepare materials for briefings on compliance observations and best practices for branch staff Required Experience • Basic knowledge of banking regulations • Basic understanding of branch operations and lending • Good observation, documentation, and reporting skills • Product management support, business analytics, or a related field within retail banking Education / Preferred Qualifications • Graduate in Commerce/Finance (Postgraduate or professional certifications like CA-Inter/CIA preferred).
