Now, we’re looking for a Senior Associate – Growth Marketing to be part of our growth engine. If you’re hungry, ambitious, and excited about the idea of growing an early-stage AI startup in the US healthcare space, this is your chance to get in early and make a direct impact. What You’ll Do • Drive top-of-funnel growth • Own multi-channel outreach • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft outreach strategies tailored to healthcare provider organizations. • Partner with sales to build pipeline, track KPIs, and constantly test/iterate on new approaches. • Represent RapidClaims at industry events and create excitement around our story. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in Demand generation, SDR, inside sales, or BDR roles (SaaS/healthcare background is a plus). • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) and confidence in engaging with senior executives in the US. • Research-driven, curious, and persistent you love digging into accounts and finding creative ways to get in the door. • Comfortable working US shifts. • Self-starter attitude you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow fast in your career.
