Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We are seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE to join our MODEL RISK MANAGEMENT team. This role is located in PUNE. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Credit Risk Modeling • Treasury Modeling • Market Risk Modeling • Pricing Modeling • Forecasting • AI • Support the identification, assessment, validation, and mitigation of risks associated with financial models used across the organization. • Assist in the validation and review of quantitative models to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Conduct independent testing and analysis of model performance, assumptions, and limitations. • Document validation findings and communicate results to stakeholders. • Collaborate with other risk management teams to address model-related issues and support remediation efforts. • Ensure timely completion of mandatory training, disclosures, attestations, and certifications. • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for managing risk holistically, including prompt escalation of risk or compliance concerns. To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following: • Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics. • The candidate must have a quantitative and analytical background with a solid theoretical foundation coupled with programming, documentation, and communications skills. • Must have experience with numerical analysis and computational methods using programming languages (such as Python, C/C++, C#, Java, FORTRAN, MATLAB, SAS) as well as mathematical/statistical software packages.
