Role Overview As a Senior Associate Program Management, you will support the Program Manager in managing local corporate training programs end-to-end. You will take ownership of specific program modules or city-level initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely reporting. This role suits professionals with 1-3 years of experience who can balance operational excellence with client interaction and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of assigned training programs. • Liaise with trainers, learners, and client SPOCs to ensure seamless delivery. • Independently handle smaller client accounts or program modules under the Program Manager's guidance. • Track program progress, maintain dashboards, and ensure deliverables meet SLAs. • Work with internal teams (Content, Scheduling, Tech Support, Admin) for aligned execution. • Support issue resolution related to logistics, trainer scheduling, or learner experience. • Prepare weekly reports, MIS data, and feedback summaries. • Mentor Associates or Interns assigned to the project. Required Skills Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in Program Coordination, Training Operations, or Client Servicing. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. • Ability to handle client and internal communications professionally.
