Responsibilities • Shape product strategies in alignment with business goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements • Prioritize the product backlog for impactful execution • Drive innovation to enhance system functionality • Lead initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes • Secure seamless communication across project teams • Analyze feedback to inform product development • Support the integration of tools to improve delivery processes What You Must Have • Bachelor's Degree • 5 years of experience • Oral and written proficiency in English required • PBA (Professional Business Analyst) – IIBA or equivalent • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) – Scrum Alliance or equivalent What Sets You Apart • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science • Demonstrating Agile product management experience • Managing backlog and prioritizing user stories • Collaborating with cross-functional teams effectively • Applying quantitative prioritization frameworks • Creating user journeys and story maps • Identifying opportunities for process enhancement
