Senior Backend Developer (Python + Azure SQL) Role: Senior Backend Developer Location: Mumbai – Kurla (Onsite) Experience: 5+ Years CTC: ₹15 – 18 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and Azure SQL to build and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-based services. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python • Build and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL • Develop RESTful APIs for frontend and external integrations • Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure • Optimize backend performance and database queries • Troubleshoot and enhance existing systems • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews • Collaborate with DevOps for Azure deployments • Monitor application performance and security **Required Skills** • 5+ years of backend development experience (Python-focused) • Strong experience with Azure SQL / SQL Server / PostgreSQL • Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage) • Strong REST API design experience • Knowledge of ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM) • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of async programming and multithreading • Docker / Kubernetes exposure is a plus
