Position: Senior Backend Developer (Gen AI & Voice AI) Job Description Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements. • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions. • Participate in architectural and system design discussions. • Implement lower-level design, ensuring code quality and efficiency. • Utilize data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems efficiently. • Work on performance optimization and scalability of software applications. • Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Debug and resolve software defects and issues. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 4-8 years of hands-on software development experience. • Strong expertise in lower-level design and system design. • Proficient in data structures and algorithms. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience in startup environments is a plus. • Strong programming skills in languages such as e.g., Java, Golang, Python. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
