Job Title: Senior Backend Developer – Laravel Location : Pune Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 7–10+ years About the Role We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer—Laravel to work on our largest and most critical product. This is a high-priority role where you will take ownership of backend architecture, scalability, and code quality while mentoring other developers. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and product teams to build secure, high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Laravel 10+ • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems • Translate business requirements into clean technical solutions • Optimize databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and queries • Implement best practices for authentication, authorization, caching, and queues • Write unit, feature, and integration tests (TDD preferred) • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment Required Skills: • 7–10+ years of backend development experience • Strong expertise in Laravel 10+ and PHP 8+ • Proven experience building REST APIs • Strong knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL • Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean architecture • Experience with TDD, PHPUnit/Pest • Familiarity with code quality tools (PHPStan, etc.) • Strong communication and ownership mindset Nice to Have: • Redis, queues, background workers • Microservices or modular monolith experience • CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • GraphQL experience How to Apply: Apply directly on LinkedIn or share your resume at.
