Your role will involve deep technical mastery of WordPress backend systems, including plugin development, API integrations, and performance optimization. You will play a crucial role in architecting scalable solutions, enforcing coding standards, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all WordPress projects. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and optimize complex backend systems for high-performance WordPress applications. - Develop and maintain custom plugins, REST APIs, and integrations with third-party platforms. - Oversee and enhance WooCommerce backend functionalities for scalability and stability. - Provide technical guidance to the backend development team. - Review code for adherence to WordPress coding standards, security best practices, and scalability requirements. - Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. • *Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and OOP concepts. - Deep knowledge of WordPress core architecture, hooks, filters, themes, and plugins. - Proven experience in WooCommerce customization, API integration, and backend optimization. - Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile project management tools. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Minimum 8-10 years of WordPress backend experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
