About the job
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with deep hands-on experience in MongoDB and its aggregation framework, capable of designing and optimizing large-scale data models and pipelines. The ideal candidate will also bring strong proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL, contributing to scalable backend systems powering our SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize complex MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines for analytical and transactional use cases. • Build and maintain Node.js services with GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations. • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across distributed environments (AWS Beanstalk, EC2, S3). • Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to define API contracts and optimize end-to-end delivery. • Debug and profile backend performance bottlenecks. Required Skills: • MongoDB (Expert Level) • Node.js (Advanced) • GraphQL (Proficient) • Strong debugging skills in production environments. • Solid understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS).
