Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 7–12 years of proven experience in bench sales and strong expertise working with well-known prime vendors. Key Responsibilities : • Market bench consultants (H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, GC-EAD, USC) to prime vendors and implementation partners • Strong experience in placing H1B transfers with high closure ratio • Maintain excellent rapport and long-term relationships with vendors • Develop and onboard new vendors for the organization • Negotiate rates, terms, and close deals efficiently • Coordinate with recruiting and HR teams for candidate submissions and onboarding • Track submissions, interviews, and placements in CRM or ATS • Stay updated with current market trends and client requirements Required Skills & Qualifications : • 7–12 years of hands-on Bench Sales recruiting experience • Strong network with top prime vendors and Tier-1 vendors • Proven success in H1B transfer placements • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and meet targets • Good understanding of US staffing, visa processes, and compliance
