Hi, I hope you are doing well, Role : Senior Bench sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Experience : 5-8 years Location : Hyderabad (WFO) Immediate Hiring Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 7–12 years of proven experience in bench sales and strong expertise working with well-known prime vendors. The ideal candidate should have an established network and excellent relationships with vendors to successfully market and place bench consultants. Key Responsibilities : Market bench consultants (H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, GC-EAD, USC) to prime vendors and implementation partners Strong experience in placing H1B transfers with high closure ratio Maintain excellent rapport and long-term relationships with vendors Develop and onboard new vendors for the organization Negotiate rates, terms, and close deals efficiently Coordinate with recruiting and HR teams for candidate submissions and onboarding Track submissions, interviews, and placements in CRM or ATS Stay updated with current market trends and client requirements Required Skills & Qualifications : 7–12 years of hands-on Bench Sales recruiting experience Strong network with top prime vendors and Tier-1 vendors Proven success in H1B transfer placements Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Good understanding of US staffing, visa processes, and compliance Preferred Skills : Existing active vendor database Experience bringing in new clients / vendors Strong closing and deal negotiation skills Sameer Dudekula Lead US IT Technical recruiter P : +1 832-699-5899 / +91-7780246304 E : sameerd@minisofttech.com
