Engagement Type: Contract / Project-Based Delivery Model: MVP / PoC → Phased Enterprise Rollout Duration: • MVP / PoC : 12–16 weeks • Post-Deployment Support : 6–12 months Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Architect / Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-grade blockchain solution built on Polygon PoS with a permissioned execution layer, leveraging ERC-721 and ERC-1155 smart contracts and a robust integration framework. This role is responsible for end-to-end technical ownership—from architecture definition and smart-contract engineering to backend integration, phased delivery planning, and post-deployment support. Key Responsibilities 1 Architecture & Network Design • Design and implement a Polygon PoS–based architecture with a permissioned or hybrid execution layer suitable for enterprise use cases. • Define validator strategy, access control, governance models, and network security. • Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and production-grade reliability. 2 Smart Contract Engineering • Design, develop, and deploy Solidity-based smart contracts using ERC-721 and ERC-1155 standards. • Implement upgradeable and modular contract patterns (e.g., proxy-based architectures). • Define token lifecycle logic, role-based permissions, metadata standards, and administrative controls. • Support internal reviews and external security audits. 3 Backend & Integration Layer • Build and maintain API services to facilitate blockchain interaction and off-chain integrations. • Integrate with: • Identity and access management systems • Enterprise databases and services • External platforms and tooling (as required) • Implement secure transaction orchestration and key management practices. 4 Frontend / DApp Enablement • Collaborate with frontend engineers to support DApp and admin interface development. • Ensure seamless smart-contract interaction for operational and administrative workflows. • Enable role-based dashboards and system-level controls. 5 Delivery, Documentation & Collaboration • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to: • Break down the scope into incremental, component-based phases. Contribute to: • Effort estimation and module-wise scoping • SOW structures and phased rollout planning • Architecture and system-design documentation • Provide post-deployment support and enhancement guidance.
