Our client, a leading innovator in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of key beverage brands. This pivotal role, based in the bustling city of Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN, will be instrumental in driving brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement across India. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. • Conduct thorough market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation. • Oversee marketing campaign development and execution across various channels, including digital, ATL, and BTL. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless brand operations. • Manage agency relationships and ensure effective delivery of marketing and creative services. • Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. • Budget management and resource allocation for brand activities. • Stay abreast of industry best practices, competitive activities, and emerging trends in the beverage and FMCG sectors. • Mentor and guide junior members of the brand team. Qualifications: • MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on beverages. • Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful new products and marketing campaigns. • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage budgets and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
