About the job
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. • Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights analysis to identify new opportunities and unmet needs. • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new FMCG products, from concept to commercialization. • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotion. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure successful product execution. • Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. • Develop compelling marketing campaigns and communication plans across various channels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners. • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging consumer behaviors. • Mentor and guide junior members of the brand management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
