You will be responsible for defining brand strategy, driving product innovation, and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance market share and brand equity. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including market positioning, product innovation roadmaps, and marketing plans, to achieve business objectives. • Conduct in-depth market research, consumer analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify new opportunities and challenges. • Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand vision and consumer needs. • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, ATL, BTL). • Manage the brand's P&L, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance against key metrics. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and agencies, to ensure successful product development and market execution. • Build and mentor a high-performing brand team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. • Monitor brand performance, analyzing sales data, market share, and consumer feedback to make data-driven decisions. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
