Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead their packaged foods division in Kochi, Kerala, IN. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and growth of iconic food brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, including market analysis, consumer insights, product innovation, and integrated marketing communications. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the brand's P&L - Setting pricing strategies - Overseeing advertising and promotional campaigns - Ensuring strong in-market execution across all channels. The Senior Brand Manager will work closely with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to achieve brand objectives and drive market share. We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker with a proven track record in brand management within the FMCG industry, preferably in packaged foods. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential. A deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital marketing trends is required. Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a passion for building strong brands, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. An MBA or a Master's degree in Marketing, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in brand management, is mandatory. Experience with new product development and launches is a significant advantage.
