Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a critical role responsible for driving brand strategy, product innovation, and market growth for a portfolio of well-established consumer brands. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our brands, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and maintain a competitive edge in a fast-paced market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing plans, across all relevant channels (digital, traditional, in-store). Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats. Manage the product lifecycle, from concept development and launch to ongoing performance management and optimization. Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and impactful communication. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and agencies, to ensure seamless execution of brand plans. Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage the brand budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum ROI. Identify and champion new product development initiatives, working with R&D and marketing teams from ideation to commercialization. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, research firms, and media vendors. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
