The role involves developing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement within the real estate sector. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing branding initiatives, managing advertising campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms to drive business growth. Additionally, they will regularly evaluate marketing performance and adapt strategies as needed to align with organizational goals. Qualifications • Strong experience in Brand Development, Branding Strategies, and Marketing Campaign Management • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing • Exceptional skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Identification • Project Management experience with excellent collaboration and organizational skills • Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Communication • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and marketing automation software is a plus.
