We’re Hiring: Senior Brand & Visual Designer Location: Gurgaon | Work Mode: On-Site At Amaytics, we’re looking for a Senior Brand & Visual Designer who can transform brand ideas into powerful visual systems and creative storytelling. Someone who thinks beyond execution and contributes to building modern, premium brand identities. Key Responsibilities • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and design directions • Design brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines • Create engaging social media creatives, marketing assets, and digital campaigns • Develop packaging designs, print collateral, and brand communication materials • Maintain strong visual consistency across platforms, campaigns, and touchpoints • Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and content teams to execute creative ideas • Contribute fresh creative thinking for brand storytelling and campaigns • Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high creative standards Required Skills • Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout • Experience in logo design, brand identity, and packaging design • Ability to develop concept-driven visual solutions • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Reels, GIFs, or 2D animations) • Ability to interpret briefs independently and propose creative directions Tools & Software • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe InDesign • Adobe After Effects (basic motion) • Figma or similar design tools (preferred) Experience 2–6 years in graphic or brand design Agency or creative studio experience preferred A strong portfolio showcasing branding and design systems
