Senior Business Analyst

About the job

For a long-term project in India, we are looking for two Senior Business Analysts. The candidates need to have at least five years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the banking and financial domain. This position requires a motivated contractor who is fluent in English. • The role involves interfacing with business clients to understand their needs and requirements and helping develop and maintain client relationships. • Candidates must be able to identify business and functional requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and lead the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of those requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in Agile implementation. We require a Bachelor or Master degree holder with advanced knowledge of specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices. Candidates should have experience in gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications, creating process mapping, and automation design using tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Azure DevOps, prototyping applications, Microsoft Team, and SharePoint. Banking and financial domain experience is an advantage.
