Role purpose: Senior Business Analyst will participate in business activities, supporting Senior Managers with BAU & non-BAU activities, cyclical work pieces such as critical MIS reporting and short term initiatives. Principal Accountabilities And Responsibilities: • Conversant with Accounting standards w.r.t Tangible Capitalisation • Clear Concept of Labour Capitalisation • Hands on experience of Planning and Forecasting • Understanding of Fixed Assets accounting, UEL, depreciation, WDV etc. • Understanding and interpretation of Labour Contracts, Third Party Contracts, Consultancy Costs etc. • PO consolidation and tracking • Variance Analysis • Business Management Team Support • Process Improvement Leadership & Teamwork: • Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. • Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning. • Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, and stakeholder feedback. • Support in forums across India entities and committees to represent view of business area.
