About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Client Success Manager to serve as a strategic bridge between product teams and business stakeholders. This role combines deep requirement analysis with client success ownership, ensuring products are delivered with clarity, alignment, and sustained value. Key Responsibilities • Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize requirements for enterprise-grade mobile and digital platforms • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and process flows • Own client onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives aligned with product delivery and roadmap milestones • Lead discovery workshops, requirement grooming sessions, and ongoing feedback loops • Create and manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring usability, value delivery, and intuitive product experiences • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to drive timely, high-quality releases • Track and analyze performance metrics, project health, and outcomes to support continuous improvement • Build and present dashboards, reports, and insights highlighting KPIs and progress • Support post-launch initiatives including feedback analysis, enhancement planning, and success measurement Required Qualifications • 9–12+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or client-facing roles within product-driven organizations • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements in mobile or digital product environments • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related practices • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar • Good understanding of mobile application lifecycle and app-store ecosystems • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate between business and technical teams • Experience with KPIs, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting • Familiarity with UML, BPMN, wireframing, and mockup tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
