This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, data integration, and customer adoption while maintaining a deep focus on automation, analytics, SQL, and compensation plan structures. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and drive the entire implementation process for new customers. • Work closely with customers to understand their sales compensation structures and business requirements. • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to ensure timely and accurate project execution. • Develop implementation timelines, track progress, and keep customers informed. Requirements: • Strong Mathematics and Analytical Skills. • Expert-level proficiency in SQL (perform SQL queries, stored procedures). • Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, pivot tables, formulas, automation). • 4+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or a similar role in SaaS space. • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Analysts. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, MySQL Workbench, Figma, and Postman. • Working knowledge of Business applications like CRMs, Billing systems, SSO, Data Warehouses and more. • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex multi-phase implementation projects. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field).
