Senior Business Analyst (Saama Product)

As a Senior Business Analyst (Saama Product) at AstraZeneca, your role will involve managing and maintaining the GxP compliant Saama product, which is a part of the Clinical Development Platforms used across late science teams in all therapeutic areas. You will be a valuable member of the BizDevOps team, collaborating cross-functionally with other team members such as the Product Lead, DevOps Lead, and technical engineers. *Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Business stakeholders by conducting requirements elicitation sessions and backlog refinement sessions. - Document business requirements for the technical team in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria. - Prioritize requirements with business and technical staff for each sprint. - Understand operational challenges with the technical team. - Assist in roadmap and release planning with the Release Manager and Product BA. - Supervise the release process ensuring compliance artifacts are gathered and supported. *Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Monitoring and Visualization Analytics Applications. - Knowledge of drug development process and clinical trial execution related to data management, analytics, and reporting. - Excellent understanding of industry-standard business practices in clinical trials. - Strong knowledge of software development, testing processes, and methodologies. - Scrum Master Certification and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. - Experience with JIRA and Confluence. - Experience in a GxP validated SaaS environment.
