Summary: The Senior Business and Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Center Of Excellence for the Business Finance and Strategic team, and will provide financial reporting, closing support, variance and financial analysis to the Senior Business and Strategic Financial Analyst in the United States, as well as ad-hoc requirement from the Business and Strategic Financial team located globally. Main Responsibilities: • Act as a financial and business Analyst supporting the financial business partner for the business unit, proactively providing reporting and business analytics required for decision-making, financial insights and data-driven recommendations. • Support developing annual plans, quarterly forecast, monthly and quarterly spend & headcount trackers, and provide detailed variance analysis to leadership. • Support providing key financial metrics, full P&L insights, and ad-hoc financial modeling. • Continuous search for efficiencies and identifying improvement opportunities for margin expansion. • Track monthly actual spend and capital expenditures investments. Skills/Abilities/Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required. • Significant experience in finance, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
