We’re Hiring: Senior Business Development Associate (BDA) for High-ticket Edtech Sales 🌍 About 1% Abroad At 1% Abroad, we guide ambitious students toward top global universities and fully funded programs. We’re not your typical consultancy — we’re a community of dreamers, achievers, and mentors helping students unlock life-changing opportunities worldwide. 🎯 Role Overview As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the first connection between 1% Abroad and our aspiring students. You’ll consult, counsel, and convert — helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad. 🧭 What You’ll Do • Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails • Understand student goals and recommend the right service package • Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentors • Consistently meet and exceed monthly registration targets • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversions • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance ✅ What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling) • Strong communication and persuasive skills • Ability to empathize with students and build trust • Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitude • Willingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred) 💼 What You’ll Get • Competitive pay with clear incentive structure • Fast growth opportunities in a scaling startup • Hands-on learning from top mentors in international education • Dynamic, youthful, and collaborative work culture 📩 If you can sell dreams and close deals, we want to hear from you!
