Senior Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales)

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Work from Office) Company: Bytelearn (Aavtaar.ai) Experience: 4–7 years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: ● Lead sales outreach, discovery calls, and high-impact product demos for AI-powered Voice & Text Bots. ● Drive EdTech-focused sales initiatives targeting colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and EdTech platforms. ● Identify customer pain points related to admissions, lead qualification, student engagement, support automation, and follow-ups. ● Own the entire sales lifecycle — strategic prospecting, outbound & inbound sales, proposal creation, negotiation, and closures. ● Build strong relationships with Founders, Directors, Deans, Admissions Heads, CXOs, and Digital Marketing Heads. ● Independently manage high-value and multi-location accounts with predictable revenue delivery. ● Maintain activity metrics, pipelines, and closures as per revenue targets. ● Collaborate with Product, AI, and Pre-Sales teams to customize solutions for EdTech, BFSI, and Healthcare use cases. ● Coach junior team members and support team-level strategy execution when required. ● Track deals, forecasts, and pipeline health via CRM with senior-level ownership. Requirements: ● Experience: 4–7 years in SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, Enterprise Sales, or AI/Automation Sales. ● Primary Domain:• EdTech Colleges, Universities, Coaching Institutes, and EdTech Platforms (Mandatory Exposure) ● Secondary Domain: BFSI and/or Healthcare preferred. ● Skills:• Excellent English communication with strong executive presence • Strong negotiation, solution selling, and stakeholder management abilities • Proven track record of cold calling, outbound prospecting, and closures • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & CRM tools ● Personality Traits:• Aggressive revenue hunter with structured execution • High ownership, target-driven, and self-motivated • Strong business acumen and long-term growth mindset What We Offer: ● Work directly with IITians and core AI leadership team ● High-impact role with direct contribution to revenue growth ● Attractive fixed salary + uncapped incentives ● Accelerated career path to Manager / Team Lead / Sales Head roles ● Exposure to India’s fastest-growing AI-driven EdTech & Automation ecosystem
