About the Role We are hiring a Senior Business Development Leader – US IT Staffing who can generate revenue from Day 1. This role is strictly for professionals with hands-on US IT Staffing experience. If you don’t have direct experience in this space, this is not the right fit. We are looking for a pure hunter with an active network of direct clients, MSPs, or Tier-1 vendors, capable of bringing immediate business — no layered vendor chains. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone ready to build, scale, and drive aggressive growth. Key Responsibilities • Bring active US IT Staffing clients and start generating revenue immediately • Drive aggressive new client acquisition in the US market • Build direct relationships with end clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets • Identify and close high-value staffing opportunities quickly • Build and scale a high-performing sales team • Contribute to business expansion strategy and market positioning What We’re Looking For (Strict Criteria) • Mandatory experience in US IT Staffing Business Development • Proven track record of revenue generation in the US staffing market • Active client/vendor network (non-negotiable) • Ability to start billing from Day 1 • Experience working directly with clients (no vendor layers) • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Aggressive, target-driven hunter mindset What We Offer • 100% Remote opportunity • High earning potential (Base + Uncapped Incentives) • Leadership role with complete ownership • Opportunity to build and lead your own sales team • Long-term growth and partnership opportunity If you can bring business, close deals, and scale revenue in US IT Staffing, we want to talk.
