This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager – Agency Health, based in Ranchi. The role involves driving business growth in the Agency Health vertical by developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other partners. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new distribution partners, achieving sales targets, optimizing business potential in the assigned territory, and conducting product training for partners. The Senior Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, provide insights, and strategically plan to drive sales and increase market penetration. Collaboration with internal teams for operational excellence is an integral part of the role. Qualifications: • Strong business development, marketing, and sales skills to drive revenue generation and meet growth targets • Sound knowledge of insurance products, agency management, and the health insurance domain • Effective relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning • Ability to work in an on-site role and an understanding of the Ranchi market or similar regions • Proven experience in mentoring and training distribution partners to enhance performance • Relevant industry experience in the insurance or financial sector is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
